This ensures services meet both Medicaid billing requirements and the client’s individual support plan.

We provide complete laundering of sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and other linens to support comfort, hygiene, and wellness. Our team ensures thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all linen items—especially critical for individuals with mobility limitations or incontinence-related needs.

We offer hypoallergenic detergents and accommodate client-specific care instructions, including for adaptive clothing, compression wear, and skin-sensitive garments. Each load is processed separately per client, and we follow all instructions from caregivers or support coordinators regarding special handling or labeling.
🚐 3. Pickup & Delivery Service
Our convenient pickup and drop-off service ensures laundry is collected from and returned to the client's home, care facility, or supported living environment. Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours. Drivers are trained in disability support, confidentiality, and handling of sensitive materials. Clients or caregivers can request recurring or as-needed pickups.

To protect all clients, we do not accept laundry infested with bed bugs, roaches, rodents, or contaminated with hazardous waste.
